SleekFlow Launches AgentFlow, New Sales-First AI Tool in Malaysia

Bridging the Conversion Gap, Built for Businesses Ready To Sell Smarter, Not Just Faster

Businesses today are engaging customers across more channels than ever, from WhatsApp and Instagram to live chat and email. Yet many are discovering that while digital touchpoints have multiplied, conversions have not kept pace. The challenge is not with reaching customers, but turning those interactions into revenue. To bridge this gap, SleekFlow is introducing a new Artificial Intelligence (AI) solution: AgentFlow, one that redefines how businesses do sales.

Known for its strength in customer engagement and omnichannel automation, SleekFlow is now extending its “AI that converts” vision with this new sales-first innovation. AgentFlow empowers businesses to turn every customer interaction into a qualified lead or closed deal, combining intelligent automation with personalised, human-like engagement. By helping businesses qualify, prioritise, and convert leads in real time across channels, AgentFlow enables sales teams to accelerate revenue generation while deepening customer relationships. The new sales-first AI tool is now available to businesses across Malaysia and Southeast Asia.

“More than 60% of businesses are ready to invest in AI within the next two years, as shown in the findings of our latest regional whitepaper. But more importantly, we’re seeing rising demand for tools that deliver tangible, measurable outcomes,” said Asnawi Jufrie, Vice President and General Manager, Southeast Asia, at SleekFlow. “AgentFlow gives them just that: intelligent agents that think ahead, guide prospects to conversion, and equip sales teams with the insights to close faster.”

Sleekflow’s AgentFlow Is Built for Sales, Not Just Support

SleekFlow has long helped businesses streamline workflows and automate customer interactions. With AgentFlow, it takes them to the next level by embedding sales-focused intelligence into its omnichannel suite.

AgentFlow functions like a high-performing digital sales assistant. It listens, learns, and engages in real time. Powered by SleekFlow’s advanced AI engine, AgentFlow uses multi-agent architecture and graph database technology, to deliver scalable, context-aware conversations. Unlike traditional chatbots that struggle with multi-intent or complex queries, AgentFlow deploys specialised agents to manage distinct tasks including data retrieval, inquiry resolution, and lead scoring with unparalleled precision.

Key capabilities of AgentFlow include:

  • Multilingual Mastery: Supports seamless conversations in English, Bahasa Melayu, Simplified Chinese, with the capability to handle a wide range of global languages, enabling businesses to engage diverse audiences effortlessly.
  • Advanced Data Processing: Extracts structured information from complex file formats like spreadsheets, PDFs, and visual-heavy documents, ensuring accurate and context-rich responses.
  • Model-Optimised Performance: Integrates models like GPT-4o, 4o-mini, and Gemini, dynamically selecting the best model for each task to enhance natural language understanding and data retrieval.
  • Vector Database Efficiency: Leverages vector databases for rapid, scalable retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), minimising response times and reducing AI hallucinations.
  • Seamless and No-code Integration: Trains AI agents using existing knowledge bases and integrates with Flow Builder to embed intelligent automation into workflows.
  • Enterprise-level Security: AgentFlow is developed with security and compliance at its core ISO/IEC 27001 & SOC 2 Type II Certified and GDPR Compliant. AgentFlow is built on Azure OpenAI, the customer data is never used to train public models.

What Southeast Asia’s Businesses and Consumers Really Want from AI

AgentFlow’s launch is backed by new findings from SleekFlow’s Southeast Asia whitepaper, AI Transformation in SEA: Aligning Consumer Demands with Business Goals, which surveyed 1,100 respondents including both businesses and consumers across Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia. Malaysia currently has the lowest AI adoption rate among the countries surveyed, with only 67% of businesses integrating AI or automation, compared to 87% in Indonesia and 77% in Singapore.

The findings reveal a clear shift in expectations and a growing urgency for AI tools that go beyond automation to deliver measurable outcomes and highlights Malaysia’s unique position in the region’s AI evolution:

  • Despite having the lowest AI adoption rate, the survey found that more than half (67%) of Malaysian businesses have already integrated AI or automation into their operations, while 68% have implemented AI agents or chatbots, signaling that the foundational groundwork is in place.
  • Confidence in AI’s impact remains high, with 89% of Malaysian companies believing AI agents will improve customer satisfaction.
  • Yet, key barriers persist, including security concerns (45%) and a lack of knowledge (44%), slowing down more advanced implementations.

At the same time, Malaysian consumers are more ready than ever to embrace intelligent, personalised engagement:

  • 74% of Malaysian consumers are more likely to make a purchase when assisted by AI.
  • 5% expect even more personalised support in the near future, especially as AI capabilities continue to evolve.
  • 66% of consumers are unwilling to wait more than five minutes for a response, preferring AI-powered, 24/7 support that offers quick, self-serve actions.

The Future of Sales

The findings point to a future of collaborative intelligence, where AI augments rather than replaces human effort, empowering teams to respond faster and more effectively, without losing the empathy and trust that drive long-term loyalty.

Early testing of AgentFlow has shown promising results, including faster response times, smarter replies, and more effective lead qualification. The solution also helps steer conversations in the right direction, enabling smoother sales handovers. As part of the rollout, SleekFlow offers onboarding support and training to ensure smooth implementation.

In support of Malaysia’s vision for a digitally empowered economy, SleekFlow is collaborating with Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) to encourage AI adoption and innovation among local businesses. Building on previous initiatives like 100 Go Digital, SleekFlow remains committed to helping more companies navigate digital transformation and meet evolving customer needs.
