Philippines’ A-FLOW ML1 Data Centre a Step Closer to Completion After Milestone Topping Off
Collective Effort and Shared Ambition Are Driving This Project Forward
A-FLOW, a prominent developer and operator of data centres in the Philippines, marked a major construction milestone with the recent topping off of the new A-FLOW ML1 Data Centre.
A-FLOW is a joint venture between FLOW Digital Infrastructure (FLOW), an investor, developer, and operator of digital infrastructure in Asia Pacific, and AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp. (ALLHC), the largest developer of industrial parks and real estate logistics facilities in the Philippines. A-FLOW’s first data centre is strategically located in Laguna, accommodating a total of 36MW IT load capacity. With the launch of A-FLOW, the partnership supports the digital growth and expansion of businesses in the Philippines, leveraging FLOW’s deep data centre expertise and ALLHC’s established record in industrial real estate development.
Strategically situated in Biñan, Laguna, the three-building carrier-neutral campus is designed to meet the highest standards of energy efficiency, scalability, and security, with a focus on site resiliency and reliability. With the completion of the first building’s structural framework, the A-FLOW ML1 Data Centre is slated to begin operations in Q4 2024 with an initial 6MW capacity ready for service.

Key representatives from FLOW and ALLHC were present at the ceremony, together with partners and vendors, who played significant roles in the design and construction of the A-FLOW ML1 Data Centre.
