Avanade Set to Acquire Total eBiz Solutions, Accelerate Digital Transformation Across SEA

Enhancing Avanade's Ability to Help Mid-Market Businesses and Public Sector Clients Drive Transformation

Avanade, the leading Microsoft solutions provider, has agreed to acquire Total eBiz Solutions, a Singapore-headquartered IT services firm recognised for its deep expertise in Microsoft technologies. This marks Avanade’s first acquisition in Southeast Asia and will enhance its ability to help mid-market businesses and public sector clients drive transformation.

Founded in 2003, Total eBiz Solutions specialises in Artificial Intelligence (AI), cloud, data, engineering, automation, and digital workplace solutions. Its portfolio includes a leading Contact Centre as a Service platform, and Gen AI-powered tools for knowledge search, service management, and digital campus experiences.

With this acquisition, these offerings will be integrated into Avanade’s broader capabilities—unlocking greater value through scalable managed services, infrastructure transformation, modern applications, Dynamics 365, and AI-powered security solutions. More than 200 professionals from Total eBiz Solutions will join Avanade.

“This acquisition will mark a pivotal moment in Avanade’s journey in Southeast Asia. Beyond enhancing our technical capabilities, it positions us to lead in helping mid-market organisations reimagine their business models, drive new growth, and stay ahead in a market that is evolving at extraordinary speed,” said Bhavya Kapoor, Avanade’s President for Asia Pacific.

Radhakrishna Bijjala, Chief Executive Officer at Total eBiz Solutions, added: “Joining Avanade will be a natural next step for Total eBiz Solutions. This partnership lets us amplify our impact and offer clients global capabilities, while maintaining the agile service they value. It also opens new growth and learning opportunities for our people.”

Avanade Finds Growing Eagerness to Adopt AI

Avanade research shows that mid-market leaders are doubling down on AI, with most planning to prioritise it in 2025 and boost investments. Yet, many are still working out the value—44% are stalled at the proof-of-concept stage, and 48% are still building the business case.

“Mid-market businesses in Southeast Asia are eager to embrace AI and cloud, yet many are still navigating the complexities of turning potential into measurable value. This acquisition creates a partner uniquely positioned to bridge that gap, helping organisations accelerate from pilots to real-world impact with the full power of Microsoft technologies,” said Mayank Wadhwa, President, Microsoft ASEAN.

“Southeast Asia’s fast-growing industries, from public services to manufacturing and education, are seeking digital reinvention to compete globally. Total eBiz Solutions’ strong local track record and industry solutions, combined with Avanade’s AI innovation, will help clients in the region tackle these opportunities with confidence and speed,” said Megawaty Khie, Regional Managing Director for Avanade in Southeast Asia.

Founded in 2000, Avanade has been consistently recognised by clients, industry analysts, ecosystem partners, and employees as the Microsoft Partner of the Year, Leader in Microsoft Implementation Services, Best AI Consulting Service Provider, Top Employer, Great Place To Work, and Best Workplaces in Asia.

The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Completion of the acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions.
