Yoocar and Thales Announce Strategic Partnership Pioneering a New Era for Global Connected Vehicles Services
Yoocar, a high-tech leader of IoV (Internet of Vehicle) solution and service provider and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wanma Technology, has announced a new collaboration with Thales, a global leader in advanced technologies that provides car manufacturers with safe and hassle-free solutions to expand their customers’ vehicles connectivity experiences. This partnership aims to jointly expand the IoV global market and explore opportunities for growth in emerging countries.
This partnership builds on Yoocar and Thales’ connectivity platforms and products, helping their customers to achieve global expansion and localization strategy through end-to-end global ONE SIM solution. Leveraging Yoocar’s expertise in IoT connectivity management and AIOps (Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations), along with Thales’s strengths in eSIM solutions and smart card technology, this partnership will accelerate the global deployment of connected car and bring more competitive, easy-to-manage, secure and reliable connected car services to global automakers to meet their increasingly diverse and smart business needs.
In collaborative efforts on emerging technologies and standards, Yoocar and Thales focus on developing and promoting the GSMA IoT eSIM standards. The two parties are working closely to drive concrete field deployment initiatives and technical validations of new standards, addressing the real-world challenges faced by automotive companies while implementing connectivity and ensuring cybersecurity in vehicles and facilitating the adoption of these standards. This will support and enhance the technological evolution of the automotive industry with comprehensive and reliable solutions.
