HubSpot Launches First CRM Connector for Anthropic’s Claude

Teams Can Now Generate Tailored Insights and Visualisations with Their Unique Hubspot Context, Then Take Action Directly in the Platform

HubSpot, the customer relationship management (CRM) platform for scaling companies, has announced the launch of the first CRM connector for Anthropic’s Claude. This integration brings each customer’s unique HubSpot context into Claude, enabling teams to ask questions in plain language, generate visualisations, and take action on insights directly within HubSpot.

The HubSpot connector for Claude enables teams to:

  • Generate personalised AI insights grounded in a real business context.
  • Create visualisations like charts and graphs tailored to their needs.
  • Take immediate action on insights without switching between tools

HubSpot Connector Use Case Across Teams

Marketing teams can identify contacts who opened recent email campaigns but did not click through, with pie charts to support follow-up segmentation. Sales teams can receive summaries of active deals organised by name, amount, and stage, sorted by closing date to prioritise their week. Support representatives can access all open tickets assigned to them, sorted by priority and date of creation. At the same time, customer success teams can compare resolution approaches across support channels to drive consistency and quality.

Privacy and Security

The connector maintains HubSpot’s permission structure, ensuring users only see CRM data they are authorised to access. Anthropic does not use data shared through HubSpot to train its models except when customers provide feedback or opt into training.

The HubSpot connector for Claude is available now to all HubSpot customers across all tiers with a paid Claude subscription (Pro, Max, Team, or Enterprise). It is part of HubSpot.
